1. What products do you offer?
We currently offer Tyvek Wristbands and Synthetic Paper Wristbands. Tyvek is suitable for short-term use such as events, school programmes, concerts, and entry control. Synthetic Paper Wristbands are more durable and suitable for premium events, branding, and longer use.
2. Can I customise the wristband design?
Yes. You may customise text, colours, serial numbering, and upload your own design or artwork, depending on the product selected. Please make sure your design is clear and suitable for print production.
3. What file format should I upload for artwork?
We recommend high-quality PNG, JPG, PDF, or other print-ready files. For best results, use clear artwork with readable text and avoid blurry images.
4. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity may depend on the selected product and production requirement. The quantity options shown on the order page will guide you based on our current ordering setup.
5. How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is generally based on product type, quantity, size options, and custom requirements. Some products may use tiered pricing, so larger quantities may receive better per-unit rates.
6. How long does production and delivery take?
Production time depends on order quantity, artwork readiness, stock availability, and current workload. Delivery time depends on your location and courier service. We recommend placing urgent orders early to avoid delays.
7. Can I make urgent or rush orders?
Yes, but rush orders are subject to production capacity and confirmation by our team. Please contact us first through our Help page before placing a last-minute order.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods may include bank transfer or other payment methods confirmed by our team. Orders may only proceed after payment verification where required.
9. Can I cancel or change my order after payment?
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production starts. Once artwork has been approved or printing has started, the order may no longer be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
10. What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue. We will review the matter and provide a fair solution where appropriate.
11. Do colours on screen always match the printed product?
Not always. Screen displays and printed output may differ slightly due to monitor settings, material type, and printing limitations. Minor colour variation is normal in printing production.
